This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this website (tuchinskymatch.com) and when you contact us through it. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

2. What the site collects
The site has no forms, no registration and no shop. It sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Two things still involve your data:
- Google Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and diagnostics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. When you contact us
The “Book a Consultation” button opens WhatsApp, and the Instagram links open our profile. These are independent services we do not control; once you leave the site, their own privacy policies apply.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, the content of your message (including the pre-filled text you choose to send) and anything else you decide to share. We use this only to reply to you and to provide our service. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract and/or your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Recipients and international transfers
Apart from Google (fonts) and our hosting provider, your data reaches Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd if you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram. Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as set out in each provider’s policy. We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email novyjtelefonsasa@gmail.com; we respond within one month.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
